We want you to be happy with your document.

Not delivered or unreadable

If your document never arrived, or the file is damaged, write to [email protected]: we resend it, or refund you in full if we cannot deliver it.

Wrong details

If you made a mistake in a birth date or a first name, write to us within 14 days: we send a corrected document free of charge.

Not satisfied

If the document does not meet your expectations, write to us within 14 days of purchase and tell us briefly why. We refund you in full, once per customer.

How refunds work

Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
