1. What we sell
The New Quintessence is a symbolic language for self-reflection. We sell personalized digital documents in PDF format: the Personal Chart, the Couple Chart and the Couple Pack (one Couple Chart and two Personal Charts). Each document is generated automatically from the birth date(s) and first name(s) you provide, and sent to the email address entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
2. Nature of the content
Our content is offered for reflection and entertainment purposes. It predicts nothing and makes no scientific claim: physical facts are used as metaphors. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it must not be used to make decisions in those areas.
3. Age
You must be 18 or older to place an order. You may order a Personal Chart for another person of any age, for example as a gift. The Couple Chart and Couple Pack are available only for two people aged 16 or older.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the website before checkout and are final. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
5. Delivery
Delivery is by email only. If your document has not arrived within one hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at [email protected]. We will resend it or refund you.
6. Withdrawal right
Our documents are digital content supplied immediately after payment. By completing your order, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the document has been sent, you lose the withdrawal right that may otherwise apply to distance purchases (for customers covered by it, such as consumers in the European Union). Our refund policy still applies.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, images, names and system of The New Quintessence are protected. Your documents are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share images of your own results on social media.
8. Liability
We take care to deliver documents that are accurate to the calculation described on our website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Complaints and applicable law
Contact us first at [email protected]: we answer every message. These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Consumers in the European Union may also use a consumer mediator; details are available on request.
